Action Templates

The Action Templates Management allows you to customise the way you are alerted about changes.

The action templates allow you to work on Misconfigurations, Shadow Apps, Identity, and Threats.

Currently, two triggers are supported - Issues Opened and Issues Closed.

You can click onthe pen icon against any of the actions to edit it. A similar looking dialogue pane would pop up:

You can choose the Response tool of your choice amongst the Response and Automation tools that are integrated. This further lets you choose the recipient, Subject, Body, Summary, and Description of the automation Alert. You may further choose to include content blocks by switching the toggle on or off and also order the content blocks by simply dragging the block to the desired order.

If you wish to apply these changes to ALL and do not want to customize each alert individually, select 'Update existing automations and notifications' and save your changes.
