Access Control

• Organization Specific Actions: Ensure you are in Parent MSP (click here to know how).

  • Suspending an Organization Navigate to Organizations Section in Organizations tab. Click on desired Organization. Click 'Suspend Org' at the top right corner.

  • Restoring an Organization Navigate to Organizations Section in Organizations tab. Click on desired Organization. Click 'Restore Org'.

  • Deleting an Organization Navigate to Organizations Section in Organizations tab. Click on desired Organization. Click 'Delete Org'.

NOTE: Suspend and Restore Operations can also be performed by clicking on three dots in Organizations -> Organizations inventory against desired organization and clicking on operation.

• Agent Specific Actions: Ensure you are in Parent MSP (click here to know how).

  • Assigning an Organization / Role Navigate to Users Section in Organizations tab. Click on desired User. Click on three dots against user and select 'Update Roles'. Choose the required Role and Organization.

  • Updating Global Role Navigate to Users Section in Organizations tab. Click on desired User. Click on 'Update Global Role' option present at top right corner. Select suitable role and Save.

  • Suspend Agent Navigate to Users Section in Organizations tab. Click on desired User. Click on 'Lock Agent' option pesent at top right corner.

  • Remove Agent from an Org Navigate to Users Section in Organizations tab. Click on desired User. Click on three dots against organization and select 'Remove User'.

NOTE: Locking an Agent can also be performed by clicking on three dots in Organizations -> Users inventory against required user and selecting 'Lock Agent'.
