Shared Data

Here is a breakdown of all the information the Shared Data offers: i. Owner This column holds the name of the user along with the email and profile picture. ii. Application This column holds the integrated SaaS applications that the user is a member of. iii. Classifier Tags As the name suggests, this column holds the total number of the discovered applications that the user has authorized across your SaaS landscape. iv. Shares This column holds the overall scope risk for the user based on all the scopes of discovered applications that the user authorized across your SaaS landscape. v. Created This column holds the total number of issues for the user across your SaaS landscape. vi. Shared Risk This column holds the highest severity of and amongst the issues associated with the shared data.

vii. Issues

There are multiple filters available to skim through shared data:

  • Owner:

    • The account that shared the data

  • File Type:

    • MIME Type

  • Application:

    • SaaS where daa share was discovered

  • Share Risk:

    • Scope of share

  • Severity:

    • The users can be filtered based on the Critical, High, Medium, Low, and All Good severity of issues associated with the user

  • Classifier Tags:

    • The data can be filtered based on tags

    NOTE: You can apply these filters individually or in combinations of multiple.

Here is a breakdown of all the information the data-side drawer includes:

  • Issues Severity - Total Number along with highest severity. Hovering over severity gives a severity-wise issue count breakdown

  • Share Risk - Total Number of shares and highest risk. Hovering over risk gives a risk-wise scope count breakdown

  • Application - The applications where identity is detected with the percentage of managed apps.

  • Owner - Account that shared data

  1. Issues

    1. Rule - Rule Name giving brief of what caused issue

    2. Severity - The security impact of this action on organization

    3. Application - The SaaS where this was observed

    4. Affected Resource - File that was shared

    5. Updated On - latest date when the state was checked

    6. Status - Issue resolution status

  2. Permissions

    1. Name - Accounts with which data is shared

    2. Type - Type of Access granted : User / Public

    3. Role - Type of Privilege : Reader / Writer / Owner

    4. Risk - Scope of Share :

      1. Internal : Specific users who are part of organization

      2. Organization: Anyone with link but within the organization

      3. Public : Anyone with the link irrespective or organization

      4. External : Specific users who are not part of organization

  3. Details

    1. Size - File S

    2. MIME Type - File type composed of primary type eg. text, image, etc. and subtype eg. html, css forming the whole eg. text/html

    3. File URL - Link of file

    4. File Creation Date - Date of file creation

    5. Last Updated On - Date of file modification

    6. Last Viewed On - Date of last access
