Account Settings

Clicking on the profile picture in the top right corner from anywhere in the Perimeters.io application leads you to select Account Settings.

This opens a pop up window where you can set your personal and company-wide details.

  • Profile:

This allows you to set your contact details and Job Title.

  • Privacy and Security:

The security settings provided in this section are specific to your account like Password and Multi-Factor Authentication. It also provides you with details about your currently logged-in session.

WORKSPACE:

These settings affect all accounts that have access to the specific application instance.

  • Account Details

This section mentions Organization details like Company Name, Location, Website, TimeZone and Currency.

  • Users

This displays the users and their associated roles - Admin, ReadOnly or SubAccountManager. It also shows you their last login times. This section also lets you invite or delete users.

  • Security

This section is further divided into 4 subsections as below:

  • General Settings: You can set:

    • MFA - MFA is enforced or not

    • User Lockout - Number of unsuccessful password attempts before the user is locked out.

    • Password History - Number of most recent passwords the user cannot set.

  • Session Management

    • Idle Session Timeout - How long a user's session remains active without any user activity before the session is terminated.

    • Force Re-login - Force login after this time duration.

    • Maximum Concurrent Sessions - Maximum number of simultaneous sessions per user.

  • IP Restrictions

    • Enable IP allowlist or blocklist.

  • SSO Configurations

    • Set up SSO to enable users to log in via Google Workspace or Microsoft.

  • Audit Logs

    • These provide event logs of Perimeters application. These can be downloaded in CSV format for audit purposes.
