Overview

Congratulations! If you reached here after successfully completing the previous steps of the Quick Start guide you are ready to start managing your SaaS security with Perimeters.

If you jumped to this step it's best to have at least a SaaS service or two integrated before moving forward, Go back to 'Connecting your SaaS' if you want help with that.

For detailed instructions about the Integrations screen head to the 'Integrations' page in the 'Perimeters Portal' section.

Getting Started

Now that Perimeters has gathered information from your integrated SaaS services, it has assembled and assessed the information to provide you -

  1. A clear view of your SaaS inventory

  2. Visibility of discovered applications - applications that your users gave permissions through the integrated applications

  3. Prioritized, actionable, view of configuration issues in your current SaaS setup

  4. Detailed, top-down, view of your compliances posture

Go to the Perimeters portal to see your SaaS security state and manage your SaaS security.

The Perimeters Portal

Here is a quick rundown of the Perimeters portal sections -

  1. Dashboard An intuitive, visual summary of the SaaS security status

  2. Inventory A View your SaaS estate posture by Applications, Users, and Discovered Applications

  3. Issues An actionable list of all existing open issues Perimeters identified in you SaaS setup as well as a list of all the rules - the security scenarios evaluated by Perimeters to identify security issues

  4. Compliances A view of the security posture and issues from the perspective of compliance frameworks

  5. Integrations Where you can view the status of integrated applications and integrate additional ones

Get acquainted with the Portal by having a brief tour through the various pages. We suggest visiting the documentation often. There are detailed guides for each screen that can be found in the 'Perimeters Portal' section of this guide.

We took care to put a link to each page guide in the page itself. This is a great way to learn as you go how the Portal operates.
