Use Case Issues

Select appropriate usecase

You will be able to select a particular issue among the issues of the selected use case.

By clicking on three dots against the respective issue, a user is able to take rapid action against that issue as shown in the following figure:

On selecting the desired issue, the user is presented with options to review the action flow:

  • Details

  • Investigate

  • Fix

    • Start Fix

    • Setup Automation

    • Setup Notification

    • Setup Due Date

  • Activity

These are explained in detail below:

  • Details

Here the user is able to gain valuable insights about issue like the application, resource, open since, last updated, description of security impacts, severity, security domain, and compliance frameworks.

Rule Criteria - It tells what conditions must fail for Isuue to be generated.

Issue Evidence - The current state of the organization is also displayed with appropriate evidence.

  • Investigate

This allows a review request to be sent to the user for which the issue is detected. An example email is attached below:

The Rule status is changed to "In Progress" with the option to Track Review Progress:

  • Fix

    • Start Fix

    This provides with various remediation steps deemed fir to resolve that particular use case issue.

  • Setup Automation

Set up the rule automation to automatically trigger a quick action that will run every time a new issue opens for this rule.

  • Setup Notification

Set up the rule notifications to be notified whenever an issues occur, issues close, and issues change status.

  • Setup Due Date

The due date helps track the issue in a timely manner. When the due date expires the issue status will update to let you know if action is required.

  • Activity

This tab reports the actions taken as part of issue opening, resolution, and closing.

Rule status updates are visible under activity.
