Your goal in this step is to integrate the first SaaS service with Perimeters
Integrating your SaaS applications with Perimeters is the basis for managing your SaaS security posture. The integration process gives Perimeters access to retrieve security-related information from your SaaS services. The retrieved information is then assessed and displayed to provide clear security insights about Misconfigurations, Shadow Applications, Identities and Compliances.
This page will help you to quickly initiate the Integration of the first SaaS service.
To initiate the integration process of an application head to the 'Integrations' section of Perimeters Portal.
In the 'SaaS Services' page you will find a list of all the SaaS applications supported by Perimeters. To take advantage of all access related security rules and enable perimeters to highlight blindspots at the earliest it is essential to integrate Identity Provider applications first. In the rare case your organization doesnt use an Idp, start with directory application you use to manage users and groups.
After clicking the '+ Add' button, a dialogue will open. Follow the steps to input the required configuration. Once all the information is entered click finish. Perimeters will attempt to retrieve information from the SaaS application. The status of the connection will appear in the application tile, if all the parameters are entered correctly, the status will be 'Success'.
This application is now integrated with Perimeters. Perimeters will continuously fetch the required information from it.
You may integrate IdP(s) / Directory applications and continue to 'other' SaaS applications that are discovered by Perimeters through your initial integrations or continue with Quick Start Guide as per your comfort.
