ServiceNow Integration Guide

Introduction

ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform that provides enterprise-level software solutions for IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), customer service management (CSM), and other business processes. This guide will walk you through the steps required to integrate ServiceNow with Perimeters.

Prerequisites

A ServiceNow Instance Super Administrator Account.

Onboarding ServiceNow in your Perimeters account

  1. Go to "Integrations" -> Select "ServiceNow" -> Click "+ Add" -> Click "+ Start Integration".

  2. "Namespace" - Fill in the account namespace for your ServiceNow instance . For example, if your ServiceNow account url is "https://perimetersdemo.service-now.com/" you would enter "perimetersdemo" in this field.

  3. "Username" - Provide the Username of the ServiceNow Instance Super Administrator. (Default Super Administrator username is "admin")

  4. "Password" - Input the Password of the ServiceNow Instance Super Administrator.

Once you have completed these steps, ServiceNow should be successfully integrated with your Perimeters account.
