Use Case Issues

The uses cases me be viewed in combined fashion or may be categorically viewed by selecting appropriate tab.

Sorting and Filtering: You can customise the content view based on::

  • Issue Count

  • Favorite ( "Starred")

  • Time Period

Selecting a usecase opens a side panel with more details about the use case in following tabs:

  • Overview: Gives description, trends and Actions for that use case.

  • Issues: Gives exact issues covered under use case, their severity, affected resources and evidences.

  • Rules: This gives security and compliance coverage related information.

By clicking on three dots against the respective issue, a user is able to take action against that issue as suitable option:

  • Fix Now

  • Set Due Date

  • Accept Issue

  • View Issue Details

Fix Now option provides possible immediate recommended, possible Actions one could take or delegate remediation to a later time or person.

  • Automation

Set up the rule automation to automatically trigger a quick action that will run every time a new issue opens for this rule.

  • Notification

Set up the rule notifications to be notified whenever an issues occur, issues close, and issues change status.

  • Due Date

The due date helps track the issue in a timely manner. When the due date expires the issue status will update to let you know if action is required.
