ConnectWise PSA Integration Guide
Introduction
ConnectWise PSA Integration will allow you to create issues with the detailed data per customer when the action will be called.
Prerequisites
A ConnectWise PSA API Member account with required privileges.
API keys that are created on API Member account.

To generate a Custom Role, follow these steps :
Login to ConnectWise PSA with an account with Admin role.
Go to System β Security Roles β (+) Add.
Add Role ID : Perimeters
Click "Save".
Select API Member Privileges.
Click "Save".
To generate an API Member, follow these steps :
Login to ConnectWise PSA with an account with Admin role.
Go to System β Members β API Members β (+) Add.
Add the following : - Member ID : Perimeters Member - Member Name : Perimeters Member - Role ID : Perimeters (created in pervious step)
The other required fields can be completed with values that make sense for your organization.
Click "Save".
To generate an API key pair, follow these steps :
Go to System β Members β API Members β Click "Perimeters Member" (member created on previous step) β API Keys β (+) Add.
Add Description : Perimeters Keys
Click "Save".
Copy Public and Private keys and store them securely as they can't be viewed again.
Onboarding ConnectWise PSA in your Perimeters account
Go to Integrations β Response and Automation β Select "ConnectWise PSA" -> Click "+ Add" -> Click "+ Start Integration".
"Environment" - Select your ConnectWise portal URL from the dropdown.
"Company" - Provide your Company (Company ID) that's used to login to your ConnectWise PSA account.
"Public Key" - Provide your Public Key from API key pair, created in previous steps.
"Private Key" - Provide your Private Key from API key pair, created in previous steps.
Click "Finish" to complete the onboarding process.
Once you have completed these steps, ConnectWise PSA should be successfully integrated with your Perimeters account.
