The Use Cases is your centralized hub for managing SaaS security operations. It consolidates actionable insights, categorized by common security scenarios. Each use case is designed to consider the concerns SSPM users face. It enables quick and efficient handling of large volumes of information. This streamlines decision-making and ensures your SaaS environment remains secure and compliant.
Tabs: You can view all the use cases together or switch to the tab of your concern - Shadow Apps, Misconfigurations, or Identity.
Filters: You can filter the contents based on Issue Count or Favorite ( "Starred") by selecting the suitable option at top right corner.
View: You can choose between two views -
Issue Breakdown - where you get a visualization of issues that are:
Attention Required - the newly opened issues in that use case.
In Progress - issues that have been worked on but not completely resolved. Eg. Setting a due date on an issue would put the issue in In Progress category.
Closed - the issues that belong to the use cases but are set securely for your SaaS estate.
Issue Trend - time series view of issue operation.
NOTE: This is the default view
Action: You can choose to view Use case details or Review and Fix Issues for a particular use case.
The Review and Fix Issues option takes you to this page.
